• Please make sure to read all the details of the service before booking.

• Please be prepared to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit OF $50 or more depending on the service when scheduling.

• The deposit will be added to your service total cost.

• Services taxes are collected on each service as mandated by NY City and State at the time of service.

• We accept Cash, Debit, and Credit Card payments at our salon location. Please note that ID will be required with every card transaction.

• An additional 3% percent surcharge will be added to all card transactions.

• If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason please check your booking email 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be reserved for up to 2 rescheduled appointments, then your deposit will be forfeited if not used. If you cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling your appointment as well as not communicating with the stylist, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Services are not transferable. No exception.

• We allow a grace period of 15 minutes, after which a fee of $1 for every minute you are late will be implemented. This fee goes towards the next client for the inconvenience of them being seen late. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you must rebook. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. Please try to give us a courtesy call to let us know you are running late.

• For any appointments canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited for that time slot.

• We offer Squeeze-In appointments (before or after regular salon hours) for $50 for same-day appointments (when they can be accommodated) and Traveling fees of $200 which will be added to your service total cost.

• Please consult with the stylist before booking with any questions during salon business hours before service.

• Every service done at our salon includes a complimentary shampoo & condition except for braiding services which have to be booked separately or clients can come in with their hair already shampooed. If you choose not to get a shampoo & condition, the prices remain the same and your hair will be analyzed for cleanliness as we only work on clean hair.

• Make sure to place an order for any bundles or wigs before service to ensure the products are available and prepped for your service.

• All wigs and frontals should be dropped off a minimum of 3 days before the service appointment so that your piece is prepped and ready for installation or the client will be charged a fee for same-day prepping service.

• No same-day coloring service is available and can ONLY be offered at the discretion of the stylist if time permits for an additional fee of $50 which will be added to booked service for same-day coloring services.
